I was fortunate to be asked by Anna and Michael to capture their Wedding Day on July 25, 2015. I met Anna early that Saturday morning at the home she grew up in. After her and her Bridal Party finished preparing for the day to come, we headed to Duncan Memorial located in Crestwood, KY. I love shooting at Duncan Memorial. It is such a beautiful venue to photograph a Bride and Groom!
After a quick ceremony, we all headed to Vincenzo’s in Downtown Louisville, KY. Anna, Michael and all their close friends and family enjoyed a great 4 course meal and some very special moments that I will remember forever. Michael’s toast was all about Anna and how special she was to him. I believe I saw every women in the the reception hall with tears streaming down their face. There was no hiding their feelings for one another. After the toast, we headed outside for a truly unique video presentation.
Anna and Michael decided to let everyone in on how exactly they met. As photos from each of their childhoods up to their first meeting played on the large screens, Anna and Michael’s voices started to play as well. They started from the beginning of their first communications back and forth on an online dating site and read all the way to their last! I felt honored to live this moment with everyone else as they shared such an intimate moment with us all. It ended with them telling each other how they couldn’t wait to meet each other and in that moment you realized there was no need for a dating service any longer. Love at first sight!!!
Thanks Anna and Michael for allowing me to be a part of it all. I am truly honored!! I hope you love these moments I captured for you as much as I did capturing them all!
There is still one round of photos left to share. The easiest way to stay up to date on all postings is to like R.T. Photography on Facebook!
