Melissa and Justin’s June wedding at Gingerwoods in Prospect, Kentucky was a beautiful day that featured gorgeous details that highlighted the Kentucky surroundings. This was such a fun wedding to shoot because the entire wedding party seemed to really share in the genuine love this bride and groom share for each other and the excitement of the day. It was especially apparent in Justin’s eyes just how gorgeous he thought Melissa looked when he saw her for the first time. Justin had the biggest glow on his face as he took her by the hand and spun her around during their first look photos. The best moments captured are always the ones that happen naturally and I could not have staged this better. As the ceremony began, a slight drizzle began to fall and the smile on Melissa’s face only grew larger. They did not let the rain damper their excitement. It was certainly a pleasure to spend June 20th, 2014 with Mr. and Mrs. Spayd and their family and friends!
