I love shooting weddings at bourbon distilleries. Buffalo Trace is definitely at the top of the list for venues for so many reasons and this was the site of Megan & Nick’s wedding on October 5, 2019! It’s hard to find a place on their grounds to take a bad photograph. Likewise, Megan and Nick don’t take a bad photo!
This wedding was filled with so many great moments to capture the day and made the day fly by for me. From start to finish, I had an amazing time and everyone was so kind! I can’t thank Megan and Nick enough for selecting R.T. Photography to remember this beautiful Fall Wedding.
Please take a moment to read their story together. Head back to Facebook and leave Nick and Megan a congratulatory message.
Here is their love story from Megan’s perspective:
“Nick and I met in college at the University of Louisville where I was a sophomore and he was a freshman. We first saw each other at Qdoba in Cardinal Town where we talked a bunch about our military background. It was nice having that experience in common. From there we began dating regularly and finally moved in together after 5 months of dating. Almost three years later he took me to Cherokee Park, for what I thought was just a romantic picnic. But to my surprise, he got down on one knee and proposed with our newest puppy Aurora.”
