Shelby + Justin – Undulata Farm

On October 6, 2018, I was fortunate enough to shoot at one the most beautiful properties in Kentucky. Undulata Farm sits in Shelby County and is a historic Saddle Bred Horse Farm. Being that it is a working farm and actual residence, it is not a formal Wedding Venue. Sorry brides to be. You have to know or be connected to the family to be lucky enough to book here.

I also knew how great of a day it would be because of the amazing couple I was spending the day with. I shot Shelby and Justin’s engagement session the year before and had been looking forward to their wedding for some time! The day did not disappoint. Every direction you look is a stunning back drop. The mansion is breath taking. A very Kentucky vibe from head to toe.

Thank you Shelby and Justin for choosing R.T. Photography to be a part of your journey. It was a honor. I encourage you all to read Shelby and Justin’s story below. Also want to point out the vendors that made this day happen. Their names and contact info can be found up next!

Our Story:

We met in high school, I was a senior he was a junior. He always says he knew who I was from when he started school but I didn’t know him. I actually was interested in one of his friends and we all hung out one day and then it was just me and Justin the next. We did four years of a long distant relationship when I went away to school to play basketball at Berea and he stayed home and got into his families business. It was definitely a struggle being apart for 4 years but we have matured and gown together through all those years and now here we are married living out the dream. We just bought our first home, I am now a ICU RN and he and his dad run the family APEX pest control business and we somehow fall more in love with each other everyday.
